Decreasing headcount

In our Focus2015 strategy, we agreed to reduce the LLB Group’s full-time staff to 840 by the end of 2015. We also made a great step forward towards this goal in 2013. As of the end of December 2013, the LLB Group had 925 full-time employees (2012: 1'090), of whom 554 (2012: 609) worked at our bank in Liechtenstein. The number of workplaces decreased by a further 15.1 percent (2012: 3.5 percent decrease) mainly because of the strategic sale of Jura Trust AG, the discontinuation of the banking activities of Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Switzerland) Ltd. as well as the sale of the Lugano bank branch. The staff turnover rate was 21.8 percent in 2013 (2012: 15.4 %).
