For six years, we have continued to develop the Liechtensteinische Landesbank brand further. We are planning to adapt it closer to our Focus2015 strategy in 2014. Topics communicating our brand image are featured in all the important Liechtenstein and Swiss financial newspapers and business journals, in which we position ourselves as private banking partners for wealthy clients. The story behind our brand image reads «simply more»: happiness means receiving more than you expect. In 2013, the campaign behind our image advertising was entitled «Einfach mehr Erfahrung» (Simply more experience). Our images refer to personal moments in which our clients feel secure in the certainty that they can rely on our experience for generations to come. Relations built on trust that have grown over time have been the basis for the LLB Group’s business operations for more than 150 years.

This is also true for our subsidiary Bank Linth with its 165-year tradition. As the first financial institution in Switzerland, Bank Linth consistently meets one of its customers’ needs through «simplicity in banking». Excellent service quality, clearly and comprehensibly communicated, transforms clients into equal partners. In 2013, Bank Linth embarked on a further image campaign under the heading «Richtig einfach» (Truly simple). At the same time, it set out to convince its private and corporate clients with uncomplicated and sensible financial sector solutions. These include clearly worded terms and conditions and also the all-inclusive account «KontoBox MeinZins». The idea behind the campaign is to offer individuals clarity and comfort and to save them time in a world that is becoming increasingly hectic and complex. The Bank simultaneously enters into a dialogue with its clients via an online platform ( and spotlights the topic of simplicity from various angles.

The twenty-first century is marked by the Internet. The LLB Group sees the future in the interconnectedness between the online world and its branch concept. The branch office in Eschen (FL) takes this aspect into account in a particularly effective way. Through natural daylight, clear architectural forms and an open design, LLB presents itself as a bank that interprets tradition anew. In a globalized and interconnected high-tech world, the Liechtensteinische Landesbank brand stands for trust built over generations paired with exceptional advice. This is also true for the Bank Linth branch offices in Kaltbrunn (SG) and Schmerikon (SG) – modernized in 2013 – in which the consultation zones have been transformed into open meeting places for clients and advisers.
